Yes Leo, I found a good solution for this problem. If you decide to tackle tracks of this nature go in a company of a REAL 4WD LOL  Much cheaper option than fitting a winch to a plastic bumper of ours that is not designed for it.
Other than that you can install a winch on an xtrail but you also need to replace the whole bumper to suit.
