I was shocked when I saw it a few years ago!!! nondisclosed_email@example.com (basshead)Thu, 12 Feb 2009 02:20:34 +0000 Re: Lightforce Spotlightshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2023745,from=rss#post2023745https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2023745,from=rss#post2023745Rich, There is a lightforce 140 as well which are smaller than the 240. I think you are the only exy with the 240s LOL nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Wed, 11 Feb 2009 20:35:20 +0000 Re: Lightforce Spotlightshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2023744,from=rss#post2023744https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2023744,from=rss#post2023744No the 140 is correct and was too small, as the 170 was perfect. I just had to edit my post as I didn't realise it was started back in '05, and my reply was 3 years too late and thus irrelevant Scot, I assume you meant to type "240" instead of "140" with regards to the two sizes you took out to trial-fit... nondisclosed_email@example.com (basshead)Wed, 11 Feb 2009 20:17:31 +0000 Re: Lightforce Spotlightshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2023576,from=rss#post2023576https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2023576,from=rss#post2023576Hi everyone, Took a look at the light force spotties today and got a quote for the 170"s and was advised that the wiring harness for the light force would be better than the original Nissan loom as the light force harness was built to take the correct current for the lights which I thought was a obvious statement. The sales guy actually took 1 x 140 and 1 x 170 out to our exy and sat them on the nudge bar for us too look at as I thought the 140 might be a better choice but the 170 suits the front end of the exy quite well. the cost is as follows- 1 x pair of 170 $329.00 1 x light force relay kit $59.00 2 x blue diffusers $21.99ea fitting $130.00 total $561.98 Thought that was a good price for the whole thing. I am going to ring a few auto electricians to find pricing on fitment of the lights to see if I can better the $130.00 offered but do not hold out on much chance. Will let everyone know what happens and if I go ahead with the lights then I will post a photo in members ride section. (a tight fit though) Am not sure about the GTS ones though. I'm glad you have done your research in terms of pricing If Rich comes on line he can show you some pics of his set-up. Otherwise you can locate a post of his and go to the link in his signature (website) to see the pics.nondisclosed_email@example.com (jalalski)Mon, 10 Oct 2005 23:05:56 +0000 Lightforce Spotlightshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p868789,from=rss#post868789https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p868789,from=rss#post868789Hi Folks, Mr basshead or Mr Chrome maybe able to help out on this one.
