Re: HILL END via BRIDLE TRACK - Day Trip

Glad you enjoyed it. This part of the Central West has heaps of tracks and areas to explore. I spend a fair bit out this way with work, so I know it quiet well. Next time you head out there, I'm in. There are a few more from Orange who are also keen. Sort of a mini Forum trip. Looking forward to your pics.

================================

Hi all sorry it has taken me so long to put something together, had a wonderful Saturday Drive from Dubbo down passed Stuart Town then on to Longpoint Rd. Down through the Macquarie River and up to Hill End.
had a coffee and egg and bacon roll, warmed up with the friendly people and the open fire place at the general store before hitting the Bridle Track, if you follow this link http://myti.bigblog.com.au/blog.do you will be able to see some pics of the trip,(sorry I would have put them here but wasnt sure about space. came out at eglington before heading home on the HWY. around 430km's all up. Man want a drive!.

Steve,

Very nice photos. Shame we didn't catch up. I love this part of the area and love getting back there whenever possible.

I think we will have to arrange a 'Central Western members trip' soon, before the river level rises.
