2002 T30 exclamation point symbol warning light on dash

Hi

This morning got a red exclamation point symbol warning light on the dash.

Car is running fine . Read that could be low tire pressure? But I don't have tire pressure monitor on my car.

Please if anyone can help

Kind regards

I'm pretty sure that's the light for the handbrake.
In the early models, like your 2002 (and mine) it can be easy to leave the handbrake slightly on and not impact the driving feel by a noticeable amount.
You can also make that light go on by slightly lifting the handbrake lever but not actually having it locked in an "applied" position. i.e. the light comes on BEFORE the handbrake actually does anything.

EDIT: You might have something under the lever which holds it up after you release the handbrake, I get that sometimes if I put my wallet under the handbrake.

If you are sure the handbrake is off then it will indicate that your brake fluid level is low.
Usually an indication that the pads are wearing close to their limit and need replacing, or could be a leak in the hydraulic system.
