It just looks like the belt is jumping which would point to the tensioner needing replacement.

Does it only happen when starting or does it also happen when the revs are raised ?
Does it happen when the engine is cold or also when started hot ?
Did you replace the whole tensioner or just the tensioner pulley ?

There is a lot of good information relating to your problem which can be found in THIS thread and it looks like you may have to replace the pulley tensioner. Replacing bearings in the tensioner may not be enough to solve the problem and that's why the drive belt is jumping.
