Dean - Brisbane T31 2010 Series IV

Hi guys, great to see theres a forum for the xtrail. Looking forward to getting to know the car inside and out (like my previous cars)

I picked up a 2010 T31 Series 4 ST Petrol Auto with only 67,000kms last week for $15k. Didnt get to drive it for the fist 3 days as I had it all pulled apart for a full sound system. Absolutely loving the car.

I put in the following:
Pioneer AVH-X5700DAB head unit - MirrorLink works great with the HTC One M8 and any other v1.1 mirrorlink smartphone
Alpine PDX-V9 Amp - nicely tucked away in the left drawer space - 4x100WRMS + 500WRMS for sub
Alpine Slim 10" 600WRMS sub in a slimline ute box - shaved the corners and the box fits nicely in the side of the boot - also made up straps to anchor the box to the anchor points
Alpine Type R Components up front and Type S Coaxials in the rears (with spacers) - tweeters mounted in the dash, crossovers in the a pillars
PAC SWI-RC Steering Wheel Control Module - works perfectly - fully programmable
Tucked away 4g cabling, remote lead, 3xRCA and 4xspeaker cables
Installed microphone and digital antenna

Still waiting on my reverse camera from ebay (thanks to the forum for the info of the one that fits in the licence place lights - bargain @ $25) before I do the steering wheel lights (thanks again) and a USB plug mounted in the console.

If anyone wants some info on the wiring of the SWI-RC unit, or on the sub box customising, please let me know. I'd be glad to do up a how-to.

See you guys around!
