That's the same response you will get for anything 4wd related products for an X Trail.
Only option you have is to make something yourself.
They are not that hard to make.

MDF is fine, just use 6 or 9mm.
Plywood is good as well but MDF will stay straight.
Use a 3mm foam before you cover in vinyl to help smooth out the sharp edges.
You can mount to the courtesy light above the front seats and also to the rear view mirror location.
I used to make these consoles to suit FJ40 Cruisers and G60 Patrols and whoever wanted one many years ago.

I used a piece of 3mm MDF to get the contour of the roof, that way it's easy to take a piece off if need be.

I don't think the exy roof is high enough to handle the roof console but I could be wrong.

The T31 Ti and TL have the sunglass fold down compartments just above the rear view mirror.
