User Defined POIs - Nissan Connect

I have just obtained a 2012 XTRail TI T31 which has Nissan Connect Robert Bosch Sat Nav.
I have found Map Coordinates cannot be inputted as a Destination. Bad Design for Aust. The Book states I have to make an Excel File of three columns (Longitude, Latitude and "Name") and save the Named Files (Camp POIs) as a csv file to a Folder (My POIs) on a USB stick, formatted FAT32.
I have done all this as per the book. When I insert the USB into the AUX Slot, with IGN ON, the USB is detected and the csv file is downloaded. However, when I go NAT > Destination > Points of Interest > My Points of Interest, File Name Camp POIs appears in list. When I tap Camp POIs, I am taken backwards to Points of Interest. The List of my Camp Coordinates within Camp POIs does not appear for selection.
I am a Computer Geek and I have gone over this procedure a dozen times and cannot fault it.
The Coordinates have been entered as Degrees, Minute, Seconds and Decimals (As Shown in the Book) No apparent difference. I added " " to the Name - Made No Difference.

Has anyone had experience with this Topic and Success with getting it to work.
