My DBA slotted rotors and Bendix 4WD pads are still doing well all round. For general driving, I didn't notice a lot of difference, but I've had to do a few emergency stops lately, and they really do, as I think it was Kev who said, "stop on a sixpence".

I've finally had the DBA Slotted Rotors and Bendix 4WD pad upgrade done at the 10,000km service. Around town there is no real difference until you need to do a panic stop.
However, the biggest and most noticeable improvement is when you are out on the open road when you have to bury the brake pedal to the floor to avoid a roo. The difference between the standard rotors & brake pads is amazing.
This is when the DBA's prove beyond a doubt why they should be fitted at the factory as standard.

Or a cow, or a big black boar. But those roos, there's no real alternative to actually stopping, since it's 50/50 whether they will jump away or straight into you as you get level with them.
