T30 roof rack not fitting?

I have recently bought a set of aero rhino roof racks and the first attatchment is not screwing in completely to the car. Bit frustrating spending nearlly $350 on roof racks that aren't able to screw into the car.

Help?

From their website the correct part for the T30 feet should be RLCP04.
If they gave you the RLCP19 then those feet are for the T31.
What are yours ?

Re:

Turned out they were all right.

Got very frustrated, had to tap the mounts on the roof.
All fitted now.
Tip if you want to DIY. Lay everything you have out so you can easily see how it all goes together, dad helped me heaps and it was good having all his tools there to my disposal.

Yeah they're the S1 16" alloys.

I just rubbed them back and sprayed over with satin finish paint. It's a bit of a s*** job but the rims were scrubbed up from the previous owner hitting the curb so I decided i'd make it look a bit more 'aggressive' with the black.
