T31 SER 4 Front Bumper Removal How To

Searched but couldnt find an explanation of how to remove the front plastic bumper .Preferably step by step if possible.

Unfortuneatly i have to take off to get to the ECB mounting brackets that are fitted as i have sold the exy and need the brackets off.You wouldnt beleive that ECB will not sell just a set of brackets so i would just leave old ones on there.

Thanks

Remove Plastic clips across the top of the grill section (about 5-6 clips). There is one clip in the middle of the grill at the base which can be a little fiddly. This will need to come out too.
Remove plastic clips across the bottom of the bumper bar (about 3-4 clips).
Using a torx bit remove the plastic at the front of the wheel arch until you can reach the phillips head screw at the join of the bumper and front quarter panel. The screw is hidden and you will need either a torch or to feel around for it. There is one screw each side of the car.
Once both screws and all the clips are out the bumper will pull forward. If you have fog lights you will need to unclip these as you pull forward.
That's it. Reverse the procedure to put the bumper back on.

No worries. When you do it maybe take some photos to add to this thread to make it easier for people in the future.
