What stress can I put on child seat anchors?

I am planning to fit a home made drawer system into the back of my X Trail and use the anchor points for child seats (I have 3 points in the bacK) to fix the drawers to the floor of the car. I just wonder how much stress these anchors can take? Both for fastening tension and also for safety? I hope my question makes sense.
Thanks for any feedback.

Re:

They should be able to take quite a bit of stress a they were designed to anchor the seat in any collision.
I think you'll be right to use them.

Aren't there ridiculous laws now that state a kid has to be 5' before they can legally be without a kiddy seat???

I suppose figure out the max weight of a kid, add some for the seat and that will give you a good starting point. Obviously that weight should be able to handle at least 5-10g loads (for crashes etc). IF that is the case you can easily multiply the above weight by 5. Just know that if you do have an accident the unit has a good chance of breaking s***. People included.

Re: What stress can I put on child seat anchors?

I believe the user/service manuals have information about the strain in Kg you can put on the various tie down/anchorages in storage area.

It mentions not using these child restraints for anything else.

I have made a shelf/drawer system I instal when going camping etc. Simply used turnbuckle hooks attached to existing points at rear. They only handle about 4 or 9 kg strain so are not very robust.

Using these or the child restraints I would still hate to have a decent collision as none of these tie downs are very strong - likely to have the drawer system (if it's heavy) slamming into your back. A lightweight system that's not too heavily packed would be fine as well as convenient.

Better to have a trailer for the heavy stuff.

I think you'll find that the age is 7 not 5 to be out of a child seat of some sort.
The child's weight has something to do with it as well.
