Re:
The best thing to do is to remove the seat as mentioned and absolutely saturate it with the hose, that way dilutes the the urine and smell.
Try to hang it on an angle on the clothes line or up against a wall if too heavy so that the water will drain out quickly.
Might take a good couple of hot day to dry out though.
Note: Just after you saturate the seat, don't put it in the hot sun straight away, it might shrink the fabric if dried out too quickly.
Give it a day to drain itself in the shade, then put it in the sun.

Re: How to Clean up after a little child's "Accident"
It's probably a bit late for now...but we once bought a bottle of 'supasorb' (or something like that) when we had a dog that lived in doors (new house). You sprinkle this stuff on carpet, etc and it draws moisture out...then vacuum off later.
I don't know if its still available, but it could be useful to have on hand :-)
I also scotchguard all seats when I get a new car. It doesn't waterproof them, but does make stain removal easy.
Cheers,
Mark

Re:
Good to hear,
The front seats have a minimum of 4 bolts holding the rail to the floor, 2 in the rear passenger footwell and 2 or so under the front edge of the seat.

Re:
Hi Ian,
It was easy to remove the front seats when I had the T30, but I wouldn't advise you do that with the T31, as there are airbag sensors attached to the seats, so you could trigger them off.

Re:
There should be a connector to unplug the air bags, I would recommend pulling the fuses first though just in case.
