New member from South Africa

Hi guys

I am a new x-trail owner, from south africa, but always been a Nissan fan. I had a 160 Gsi sentra (sedan) before the xtrail, so i am very new to the SUV world. i am now finally able to afford my very own XTRAIL!!! Loving the space, seats and the soft drive. the cherry on top when we hit the long road my wife and kid struggle to keep their eyes open, so my back seat turns into a bed!!
but dont tell any-one, cz i think thats against the law...... right. :-)

I know my xtrail does not compare AT ALL to the standard of some of the vehicles I have seen on this web site, however, it is my first and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I bought a 2006 2.0L petrol 4x2 vehicle with standard everything! I am a roads engineer and i do LOTS of driving, so the vehicle suites my job perfectly. I don't go offroad that often, but when I do it is mostly gravel.

my first mod???? so badly want Hyper roof rails... oh and thanks to all you guys of the aus x-trail forum, your previous chats really contributed to my choice of vehicle.wouldve purchased a Hyndai tucson or Kia sportage.

Regards
Taahir
