Re:
H Jakub,
If the hyper roof rails were offered in your country as standard perhaps you can find a set from a wrecking yard, otherwise you may need to expand your search for them to include other countries in Europe which are closer to you than Australia.

Re:
Hi guys
I am a new x-trail owner, from south africa. I know my exy does not compare AT ALL to the standard of some of the vehicles I have seen on this web site, however, it is my first and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I bought a 2006 2.0L petrol 4x2 vehicle with standard everything! I am a roads engineer so the vehicle suites my job perfectly. I don't go offroad that often, but when I do it is mostly gravel.
Due to the fact that SA is known for having wild animals on our quiet rural national roads, when I do night driving I find myself sitting head butt up against the front windscreen. Just waiting for something to pop out. My vehicle does not have the hyper roof rails, and I think purchasing a set would enable me to feel a little more at ease when taking the long roads at night.
I am able to get a second hand hyper roof rail set for about R2500 from a dealer who is stripping a vehicle for spares. Is it worth it???? Also if anyone has the installation guide, is there a way I can get it from them? Please advise
Regards
Taahir

Re: T30 Hyper Roof Rails with Lights
Hi Taahir,
That is a very good price for a used set, but you need to make sure you get everything with it, including all of the mounting brackets and all of the wiring harnesses.
You gonna also need to find a very good place to fit them for you, as drilling the roof will be required to pass the wires through into the cabin.
It is not an easy job fitting these hyper rrof rails at all and will take approx. 2 days to do so, as the entire interior of the car and the roof lining will need to be removed to get to the bolts and nuts holding the current black roof rails in place.

Re:
You can email it to me at the admin mailbox ([email protected]).
Sorry, there are no fitting guiides available for the T30 hyper rails. You can only see the way the hyper rails are attached to the car from factory in the service manual but that won't help you much with fitting them as an aftermarket option.

Re:
Got the email and saw the pics. They're in a very bad condition and I would stay away from them. Am sure you will be able to find a better set if you wait a while.

Re:
The one you found are for the new T31 model, so they won't suit the T30 X-Trail and there are nno manufacturers in China for the T30 hyper rails. There was one in Taiwan, but they discontinued product a loooong time ago, so you can only get them 2nd hand.
