I was wondering if this was illegal

I bought some daytime led light strips off ebay, and they came yesterday, I installed them behind the grill (it was going to be under the lights but it looked crap because they arent too pretty when they are turned off.
anyway they were meant to be white, but they look pretty blue.
Here are some photos, I was just wondering if theres a high chance I will be pulled up by the police or not haha

because it does make my car look nice and in no way is a distraction but I know how cops like to be a buzzkill on things like this.

Re:

Highly illegal mate. In fact any blue light can NOT be fitted anywhere on the car, so it is only a matter of time before you get pulled over by the boys in blue.

Re: I was wondering if this was illegal

but they are meant to be white, Im colour blind but to me it looks blue. Very blue.
so if these lights were pure white would it be illegal the way I have them?
I will take a photo during the day to see if the colour is different.
and if any blue lights are illegal, why is it alot of HID's I see on the road are mostly the blue ones?
surely cops arent pulling them over all the time?

why do cops ruin everything!

Re:

Mate, you can have this argument with the cop that stops you, but I got pulled over for a pair of windscreen washers which had a white (to me they looked white) LEDs but the guy in blue said they were blue and that they were illegal. He said what you gonna do to fix the problem? I opened the bonnet and pulled the wires off the washer, problem solved! He let me go with a smile emoticon (but you can't get lucky everytime) emoticon

Re:

haha those I knew were illegal, I was just going to get the chrome covers for them on ebay rather then the lights.
also I been in contact with a guy who can import some nismo stuff for the T30 emoticon

hmmm so I best disconnect them before they come after me hey. or at least connect them to another switch rather then the parks

thanks jalal emoticon

EDIT: I m going into the police station as soon as I close up my shop and I'm going to get them to confirm what they said to me on the phone, because they told me it isn't illegal here in melbourne, but when I look at it, I think straight away, 'this looks too cool to be legal'

Re:

HAHA I do know that NSW is really strict, I was living in Cooma for a little, hence why I bought my exy, and they are pretty harsh there.
but I will mention that the lights dont look as blue as the pic, I think that was because of the camera.
I asked the cop and he said no they are just white.

but your nozzle lights are illegal in every state.
