Hmm..i think i have a logic explanation...
The 2 sensors, upper and lower, have different length of wiring from the sensor to the connector...
The one on the store...is without the connector, just 3 wires hanging....
Maybe the part numbers, are refering to the complete system, sensor+required length wires+connector...
What the Hell! I will order and find out....

Re: Re:
Waitting for my O2 sensors to come from Germany, the problem with the car is going from bad to worse....!
I can hardly accelarate in the city roads, and sometimes i have to full press the pedal to get enough throttle...
In the high way, i have no problem keeping my speed, except from some kicks like cut-offs in fuel supply or something...
Can the Oxygen sensors be responsible for such a behaviour???
I ask this, because in this topic, i only read about bad fuel exonomy (which i definetely have!)
I repeat that you can hardly drive the car in low speeds!!! It's a total nightmare!
I have 2 options:
1. Take it to the local garage, to fit the sensors, and also clean the fuel injectors which i found difficult to access.
2. Take it to Nissan, to fit the sensors (since they told me they couldn't supply) and ask them to see if anything else is wrong....
My only worry is, if something else is the problem, and by taking it to Nissan, i end up with another 1000 Euro bill...which is NOT an option :P

Re:
Just put up with it until you get your sensors. Then see if that was the problem.
They shouldn't be far away now.

Re:
Hi Gerard,
I think where you live gives you that sort of mileage. A lot of stop start driving with no real long stretches of motorway to use.
A T30 averages around the 10 to 11 litres per 100 kms anyway.
If the Xy is running fine there is no need to start changing sensors in the hope of better fuel economy.
Yes they can be done by just about anyone but I believe that one of them is a bit of a PITA to get to.

Re:
12LT/100kms on a pure highway run is too much for a T30 and a T31, the average should be around 9.5max if you're not towing anything and use cruise control.
Having said that, I doubt it's the O2 sensors in your case as you would have noticed a drop in power at the same time as bad fuel economy, so you might want to check other things in the car (air filter, spark plugs...etc)

Re:
That's not a bad fuel economy at all Chris, I used to get 380kms max out my tank in the T30 but I used to drive it like I stole it all the time
