Hi Dan, emoticon to the forum.
I bet you can't wait to get your new Ts, I only had to wait about a week for mine back in 08.

Thanks. The car is about 4-6 weeks away (for the colour I want). At least that gives me some time to read through the old posts and learn a bit about the oil burning exy.

Hi Dan and welcome to the forum!

If you haven't already done so; could you please click the flashing button, up the top of the page, which says Vote for our forum.;

After you do this, could you drop into the announcements section, (vote for our site) & let everyone know how we are going in the position race.

If everyone votes for the forum each day, we can climb up the listing, & show everyone that the X-Trail does rock the world.

Check the events and meet ups for trips in your local area!

Regards Scot

Yay another Melby! Welcome Dan!

I'm excited for you - getting your hands around the wheel of a new TS soon. You'll love it.

I never had a diesel before I got this, and I loved playing with the low torque and trying to find out what it can do.

I hope you have just as fun an adventure.

Let us know when you're on the road and I'll keep an eye out for you.

Cheers!

Hi Dan,

Got mine for Easter this year after a long wait.
So far love it.
Diesel goes great and economy is fantastic. Averaging 7.9lt/100k around town!

Melb trip sounds good to me.
