T31 keeps chewing through heater blower motors.
Hi new here g'day all. 
I have been through 3 heater blower fans, all keep getting chewed up and destroyed.
Have ruled out heater box and anything caught in cavity where heater blower fan goes.
Does anyone have any ideas of the possible cause please? Maybe a heater fan resistor, or something similar?
From what I've seen on an American T31 X-Trail video, the heater fan resistor is on the left hand side of the dash, which in Australia would be behind the glove box?
Also when I had it replaced originally, I'm pretty sure I heard something like a crunching sound coming from under the driver's side dash.
I have read that mice, rats, etc can nest in there, but seeing as I heard the crunching sound from under the dash, I'm thinking maybe something went in the air intake, as I've read this can happen as well?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
