New member & big fan
Hello all,
Graham here from Tassie, August 2018 I purchased a 2003 X-Trail T30 Ti 2.5lt petrol with 234,000 K’s, unloved and very dirty, no panel damage (no brakes) rubbish tyres but it drove beautifully, everything worked, only paid $2800.
I have a car detailing business (35 years involved in the auto industry) and a car nut, it took me 12 solid hours to clean the interior alone, oil change, air filter, platinum plugs, all 4 coil packs, replaced all the discs and pads (DBA’s & Bendix) a new set of Bridgestone Duelers A/T’s and a serious wash, the more I drove it, the more I loved it, very quiet, and comfortable.
A week ago I broke a con rod ($$$$ OUCH!), has anyone heard of this problem?
Thanks for listening.
Graham
