37/12.5R20 are the 'biggest possible' you can put on without cutting the door frames. You'll need to cut a lot away from the guards and completely remove the inner guards after the 300mm strut lifts and comp wheels.
Oh, you mean without modifying the entire car into a mini monster truck, and still remaining legal?

With the standard alloys and no lift kit, IMHO: 225/70/16 without tyres hitting stuff. If you are prepared to cut away plastic inner guard liners, probably 235/75/16, but the stock alloy wheels are a bit small for those.
