Wiz, you're right, it looks like the Barjo does replace the bumper

I know it does but not the whole bumper, only the lower portion as I said, as I have been in contact with Barjo many times before when I had a T30.

Not sure how they can achieve that and ensure the bar is fully air-bag compliant??

It's not just a metal fabrication process, they need to test it to make sure it is fully airbag compliant and be able to sell you with a certificate of compliance confirming that. If they don't, you might as well buy one from China and face risks with your insurance in case of an accident if the airbag doesn't deploy for any reason.

All of the Australian bulbar and nudge bar manufacturers and importers listed in this thread previously, sell 100% airbag compliant products and back it up with an official certificate, so please be aware of that before you commit to anything.

Very popular in the USA that style. But it's basically just a tubular bar with sheet panels welded / screwed in? It's not the like the steel sheet/frame 'ARB style commercial' bullbars that are popular here in Oz on th bigger 4WD's.

You could start with the ECB 'Type 8' Tubular Bar, which has been tested and is airbag compliant, has mounting instructions and brackets already made, tested and certified, then cut/weld to suit, and just have the sheet panels welded in and re-coated? I think that would end up being a LOT cheaper than a full custom $2300 job.

I realise that modifying a bar could technically cancel the certification, but it's a lot better than no certification at all, ever.
