May need help in Melbourne. Drive noise

Hi in Melbourne for a few days, on way down noticed light vibration around seymore. Had quick look around, everything seems tights. But as we got close to city it developed noise on , i think left hand front side, even in neutral at 70 kph its same ,clutch in or out ,same.
Any ideas?
Im going to Jack it up and have a look tomorrow.
I got drive shaft boots Done month ago, they said it had oil coming out transmission top plug on side of gear box when they checked.
Does transfer case oil come out when rh Drive shaft is removed or only gbox oil?
If it looks bad any suggestions where to take it in Melbourne or option to get back to Wagga.
Does nrma pay for something like that? Transport
Tia

Re:

Jacked it up each corner, nothing loose, no leaks, no loose bearings grinding feeling, drove around car park. Seems I'll give it a go to get home.
