Fog lights in bumper. 2004 TI

I am at a loss as to how to turn on the little round lights in the front bumper. Not the spotties, got that sused.
What are they for ?? How do I turn them on ??

Hi Ross,

The switch for the bumper fog lights is in the steering stalk as seen in this photo:

They would only come-on after you have turned the parkers switch to the ON position and am not sure about VIC, but in NSW it is illegal to drive with the fog lights on unless in bad weather.
