Initially, the suggestions actually bore some merit, but today, it's mostly money making by the dealer. A lot like "Would you like fries and a Coke with your burger." Yes, I agree with you, if these add-on service items are so important to your cars running and/or safety why are they not included in the manufacturers recommended services? Nowadays, after each service I simply say "No Thanks" smile and walk away with my keys. See you in 10,000k's. nondisclosed_email@example.com (BPxtrail)Sat, 07 Jan 2017 13:16:11 +0000 Add on serviceshttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2092889,from=rss#post2092889https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2092889,from=rss#post2092889I recently had a minor service done at a local dealer ship which I have used since I brought the car in 2008. Vary rarely do I come away with out them recommending additional work. I have 7 items listed after this last services and I really wonder if they are all necessary. they are induction service Airtek service Pas Coolant Flush Brake Fluid flush Wiper Blades 120000 service due petrol On Car Injector Cleaning service. If they are so important why aren't they covered in the log book services, particularly the brake fluid and the pas coolant fluid. Can I have some opinions please. nondisclosed_email@example.com (tower28)Fri, 06 Jan 2017 14:34:52 +0000
