You won't be able to repair it completely so that it is not visible as the tiny micro cracks don't get filled with the injected resin.
The professionals do the best job as they have a high vacuum head they place over the chip to evacuate as much of the air they can first before forcing the resin into it and then grind and polish the excess filler flat with the surrounding screen to make sure the wipers don't bounce over a high spot.
Most insurances will cover the full cost of a repair if you have glass replacement in your policy.
