T31 Flywheel Torx Bolts 2007 Petrol 2.5l

hi all

I have a 2007 X-Trail T31 Petrol Engine and i am doing a clutch and flywheel replacement.

I have got the transaxle off of the engine and i am up to replacing the flywheel, dual mass. there are 6 torx bolts holding it in place, are they re-usable?
and how tight do they need to be when i have the flywheel back on??
This is my first clutch replacement and the manual i downloaded off the internet hasn't been overly helpful!!

Thankful for any support and info i get!

If you are a fully-paid member of the forum you can download a free T31 service manual from the Forum Discounts section with everything you might want.
Have you tried that ?

Re:

no, I already have a manual for the x-trail, but it doesn't specify whether the torx bolts are re-usable or not.

I think I've found the proper torque for the bolts @108nm (is this correct?)
and does anyone know if i can re-use the bolts?

Re: T31 Flywheel Torx Bolts 2007 Petrol 2.5l

The service manual should have a bold black X next to either the bolt or the torque figure which indicates it is not a re-use item.

Somewhere in the picture will be a key to the torque values for Nm, lb-ft or in-ft with the values shown xx (yy,zz) to distinguish the 3 different values.
