2015 Xtrail feels a slight slip or loose feel when slowed down

Hi, I a new owner or a 2015 XTrail - Its a 2.5L CVT ST T32 7 Seater. Its been 6 weeks and doing pretty well. In last few weeks I have noticed that when the car runs at slow speed, liek when you slow down for a set of traffic lights, I feel a slight slip or a loose feel. Something like a gear change feel. The car is a CVT-Auto transmission and my understanding is the CVT does all the work behind to keep it at optimal level.

Does this feel is normal? I never owned a CVT engine cars before so I am not sure what to expect be normal and what is not. Otherwise the car runs smooth and fuel economy is 8.2l/100km. Since new I always used BP ultimate.
