Hanging Earth Strap Hi All,
I was just looking around my engine filling the window washer bottle and removing leaves etc. when I came across an earth strap below the battery that is attached to the car frame but not too anything electrical.
It has a small hole in the copper coloured end that should be attached to something electrical but what should it be attached too. It can not reach the battery terminals as its too short.
By the marks on the round copper end it used to be attached to something and at some stage someone has forgotten to replace it and left it hanging.
