Hi John,
There are various models of D26 battery.
You should find a model number like 75D26L or 80D26R somewhere to let us know the size and the terminal configuration.

Hi Darryl,
We prefer you resurrect an old thread for the topic rather than start a new one so that information is not splintered across the forum in many places.
Regarding the battery, just take your battery tray into the shop and test fit it with the Optima to make sure it sits in the tray flat.
