Re:

id suggest the casirina or turpintine camp areas as its more open and people could camp close or further apart and we could make one large fire area to sit around but thats just my suggestion..

Re:

Thanks Todd,

Casuarina is larger of the two and allows camper trailers and campervans.

Turpentine is a bit smaller and only 100meters away from Casuarina.

I reckon Turpentine Camp Ground will be enough for our small group.

Dogs are allowed in both camp sites (Gail) emoticon

Re:

Hi Dave and all,

First post has been updated with details and participants list and also the usual trips disclaimer for you to acknowledge if you haven't done that previously.

Meet-up point for those coming from Sydney is yet to be decided, but given that we could all be arriving at different times, I think it is best for the smaller groups to arrange that directly between themselves.

We will all meet at the camp ground on Friday (for those coming on that day) at around 4pm or so.

We will then have a team discussion regarding tracks to explore on Saturday morning and the agenda for the day ahead.

The outing is an informal one, so everyone will be welcome to share ideas and thoughts on any of the activities.

Re:

At this stage you can count me in, but as I'm only down the road, more or less, I will join up with everyone early Saturday morning, no need for me to camp, that way I still get a nice warm bed and decent coffee.
