Modified Rear Bumper

Well not so much modified but I was out at the weekend offroading and it happened the rear bumper caught the ground and has now got a big split up the left side.

Was wondering would anyone be able to recommend a plastic welder or someone who can fix the issue around Perth, Perferable north of the river.

Heres the damage:

Re: Modified Rear Bumper

I've done the same to mine. Can't recommend any welders for you but I did look into doing it myself. You can buy the welder on ebay for less than $100.
Also this should explain to you how it's done

Have you actually fixed yours yet, Todd? :P Or are you leaving it for the moment, in case you undo your hard work on the cross-country trip, haha.

Re: Modified Rear Bumper

Haha no I haven't fixed it yet. That will wait. For the moment it's tucked under the rear bash plate. That will do for now.

Same here Todd. Bash plate holding it the right spot and some good old black duct tape to stop the eyes being attracted to the split emoticon

Re:

Call a couple of wreckers and see how much they wanna charge you for a 2nd hand bumper. It could turn-out cheaper than fixing yours.
