Just say "no thanks" to all of the above and save your money.
Stick to the capped price service schedule and ask them not to do anything extra.
Nissan Sutherland actually charged me less than the capped service price at the last service due to me having a K&N air filter which didn't require checking and/or changing.

They will also offer you tyre rotations, disc machining and air con service.

Cabin air filters from the manufacturer are a great ripoff and a great way for the dealers to make money (along with flushes, intank injector cleaner etc) Of course they are made in China/Thailand/Indonesia as well just like the other filters are, not Japan.

For a T30 I bought a Fram filter, this has baking soda and carbon in it, absorbs odours, even heavy truck odors and rubbish tips end up getting absorbed quite well. http://www.framcatalog.com/PartDetail.aspx?b=F&pn=CF10140 - you can get them from Amazon quite cheaply
One of the funniest things is reading a Toyota or Nissan manual they will say that each car runs best with NO additives, yet plenty of their dealers will upsell you said additives
