Take your time leaving Sydney, as I reckon we'll get up on the Plateau around 3-4pm.

Thanks Michael, got a few maps of the area now so should be fine now. I will be leaving Sydney a little later now as a family member from the UK is visiting but I hope to be at the camping area between 4-5pm.

Yes I have a UHF and will ensure its tuned into channel 26. I will also PM you my mobile number.

Michael couple of little topos to help you find Upper and Middle Werong Fire Trails. Go down Upper first (east to west) that way you will get to do the really steep climb up Middle Werong Fire Trail.

Boris is 95% packed.

I'm leaving Sydney around 0800.

I'm also bringing an air compressor for those who need to air up before hitting the black stuff again.

I'll have my CB on 26. Will be around Lithgow about 1430-1500

Count me in, I'm geared up with UHF and a snatch kit in a modified T30 series 1.

Could somebody post a google maps pin where the camping is? As I will be there late after leaving canberra in the afternoon. (4-5pm)

I'll be the annoying guy geared up with photography equipment... emoticon Looking forward to meeting everyone and learning some new stuff.

I had the chance to go this morning but never found out till 7;30am ,I think it would have been a bit late.
Didn't help that Runboard was down for 4 hours to find out what time you were leaving the campsite this morning.
Oh well.
