Re: Newnes State Forest/Ben Bullen Sat 20th October 2012

At times all four wheels were spinning Kev. Like I've said previously the BLSD is too slow to react on steep slopes. Would have been perfect where Chris and Emma got stuck but on steep slopes you just roll backwards too quickly.

Hi all, just wanted to ask if anyone took a pic of me on two or three wheels going down Ben Bullen steep section. I think Daniel took one but I cant recall.
Cheers,

Thanks Tony and Daniel, I have a small collection of photos which I have developed larger of the Exy on some of our adventures and they are sitting on my garage wall. Just a little part of the house which is all mine.

Well done guys. Looks like an awesome trip and great videos/pics.

I am still analysing that video of Tony's "super human powers" preventing Todd's exy from sliding sideways LOL emoticon

You would have to check with Tony but I don't think it took much of a push. Was more just holding it steady for the initial wheel spin on take off.

Nah mate I was pushing hard, super strength I have. hahaha
After seeing how the front end started sliding down on Todd's first 2 attempts, it was the only way.
