Unfortunately, I can't go as (a) I work Saturdays and (b) I am staying overnight in the city with the missus after work anyway - taking in a show and spending quality time together... However, if something similar comes up on a Sunday and I have nothing else scheduled, count me in! The McDonald Valley would have been perfect for me. I have an onsite van at Wisemans Ferry and it's a good place to start from and return to! BTW - I'm not totally new to 4WDing, having owned a Suzuki LJ50 (yes, the 2-stroke!) in the early 80s. I went just about everywhere in that old girl! There is some moderate 4WDing after that but nothing hard. This trip is designed to get some newbies interested in getting their X-tail dirty, so there is nothing included that will 'hurt' a standard X-trail. Depending how we go for time there may be a couple of side tracks in the National Park but I would want to get the newbies to Putty Road before trying anything like that. I hope no one is getting offended by me calling people 'newbies'. It's just easier than saying 'people with stock X-trails' nondisclosed_email@example.com (Toddyh03)Tue, 07 Aug 2012 11:44:03 +0000 Re:https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2065261,from=rss#post2065261https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2065261,from=rss#post2065261Just a question Todd.
