Re: The Black T31
Yeah just at Blacktown. Was under $300 including all hoses and connectors.
While I had the car out I also did a coat of kill rust on the under side. Plenty of scratches under there.

Re: The Black T31
Installed the GIZ snorkel over the weekend. Had to modify the shape to fit the T31 but got there with some reinforced fibreglass filler.
Pictures of the install process can be seen in the snorkel thread starting from here. Discussions about how to go about fitting it go back another couple of pages if you interested.

Re:
Congrats Todd on being the first T31 with a snorkel. Great effort indeed.

Re:
I don't think I have ever seen you car clean Todd, Snorkel looks good.
So now we can do some real river crossings, lol.
Confident?

Re: The Black T31
Haha that's because I only see you when we are looking for dirt and mud
Fairly confident. I think it's sealed fairly well. Didn't install it to do bonnet level crossings though. Want to have a bit more confidence with water splashing on the front grill and if we have to go through a deep crossing I should be OK.
Major reason was the central Oz trip I'm planning next year and wanting to keep as much dust out as possible.
