Re: **Expressions of Interest** NSW & QLD X-TRAIL Challenge**Take 2
I sent an email to Lorikeet regarding dogs and they responded:
'We only except dogs in your own caravan on a site not in our or around our cabins or villas at all and not during school holidays as you can imagine with all the people we accommodate during school holidays it would be mayhem if everybody had a dog with them at well.'
Looks like we would be staying at Arrawarra.
re: the public holiday, I'm a fan of avoiding the crowds wherever possible but I'll go with the majority on this one.

Re:
Scot, you have been instructed by email mate LOL Thanks
Todd, you won't be far from us anyway and am sure you will be spending most of your time with us for dinner and drinks.

Re:
Hi Guys,
I have started putting together the attendance sheet and by the looks of the interest generated so far, this event will be going ahead 100%.
What I need to do when you express your interest in attending is include the number of days you will be staying the number of adults and kids in your party, so I can make the dinner arrangements later.

Will be just 2 adults in my party (plus 2 dogs - no need to make an extra column for them )
Where will dinners be? Just at the park?

Re:
Last year we had an arrangement with The Lorikeet staff and they made BBQ dinner for us which was awesome and they provided the facilities and were manning the BBQ as well, so I would say that this plan will be a goer for this year as well if there is enough interest. I think it ended-up costing us $20 per head for adults and $15 per head for kids.
The dinner included: steak, snags, salads, dinner rolls & dessert and it was massive!
All we had to do is bring the drinks with us.
