Sorry Jamie, but the Chicago Bulls logo is not something my "Red Bull" can take emoticon

Re: Rex

Had my horn wired up today. I fitted it to the car last weekend in the bonnet area where I could find a bit of room (thanks for the idea Jalal) and the sent it to the auto electrician today.

While having that done, had my driving lights wired up as well.

Not happy with the size, only 4 ", think I will upgrade to a 7" as soon as I can afford it, looks very small on the bull bar but at least it will do for awhile. Also got some funky switches and put them down in the swith blanks near the fuse cover.

Are they stickers?

Re: Rex

No, not stickers, proper switch. Actually they are stickers on the switches but I didn't buy the stickers and put them on. Found a guy on ebay selling them, pretty expensive $20 - free postage but hey, why not. emoticon

The company I dealt with was not very good a communicating but did offer to give a full refund if they did not fit so that's something. (www.customrockers.com.au). They posted it pretty fast as well. you have to go to his website, not the ebay site as he has heaps of different ones he does not put on ebay.

But if you go to ebay and search under 12v rocker switches there are a couple of companies selling them on there.

Re: Rex

Well, I got rid of what my son inlaw jokingly refered as my 'sissy lights' and Rex is all man'd up with new driving lights.

8 inch, 100 watts and lights up the road, the trees and the periferals really well. Should be able to see any wildlife coming a mile away.

Looks sweet and fits nicely on the bull bar

I'm going to have to change the switch from Bunny Burners to Bison Burners! emoticon

Re:

Well finally managed to connect up my DLR's today - Thanks ExyJeff for showing me where to splice into for power.

Looks pretty good. The bullbar cuts across it some but not a big drama, looks spectacular in the dark.

Re:

Nice Jamie, I fixed mine as well. It was a wire cut at the solder joint.

I forgot which colour wire Jeff taped into, was it the pink one of the air sensor for positive and then the chassis to negative?
