odds are if the head gasket and bearings have gone, you have a more sinister problem... Bearings just don't fail like that, so odds are there's a bigger problem in there somewhere. bearings usually go because of low oil, failed oil pump, blocked oil galleries or something. maybe when the headgasket went you had water contaminating the oil, now that water has been circulating through your oil galleries, or maybe a piece of gasket material even. QR25s have pretty much bulletproof lubrication systems.
It'd be cheaper and more effective to put a new motor in, rebuilding the bottom end is gonna cost ALOT. The motor obviously has to come out, sump off, crank out and re-assembly, you're looking at thousands. A new motor could be had for less than $1500 bucks from a wrecker, installation isn't much compared to a rebuild. Plus if you have a low km motor in there, it'll add resale value too.
Make sure if you do get the bottom end re-built, to get the mechanic to try and find the original cause of the failure.
