Re:
It would still be good to get the error code from them, so we can match it up with the ECU error codes we have.

The starter motor from what I have been told sends out a magnetic field and that has interrupted all the electrical's in the car
Someone is trying to pull the wool over your eyes with that statement Scot.
Yes there is a magnetic field generated in the starter motor as that is the basics of an electrical motor and how it works ... the fixed part of the motor has an electrical winding to create a magnetic field and the rotating part of the motor has another winding to create another smaller magnetic field which changes the + and - polarity as it turns by the use of brushes. This makes the + of the rotating part align with the + of the fixed part and so they repel each other making the motor turn.
But all starter motors are like this on all cars and if this caused a problem then all cars would have the same fualt as yours.
My suggestion is to have the throttle open, throttle closed and idle air relearn procedures done to reset all throttle parameters in the ECU and then see if the problem is still there.

Re:
If Scot is not paying for the new parts being added to his T31 exy, why complain?
I wouldn't object for them to try and renovate my exy in the process by putting new parts in without me paying a cent
