There's a number of option B type units on eBay, the secret is to stick with a trusted seller that others here have used and make sure you get the correct adapters and the head end is plug and play. If you live near somebody who's done it themselves you might get some help for the cost of a carton or less

Well, I waited for the latest Pioneer headset. DEH-7350BT. Not bad either. The menu system is more complicated than the standard Nissan BT system, but lots of options. Fully compatible with iPhone 4 too. The sound quality from just changing the headset is great.
I've also had reverse parking sensors installed. For a few hundred dollars more, I could have gone for a 'kitchen sink' variety double din, but money was an issue.
I had trouble uploading pics, sorted out now. They are below. Another small bonus, the extra DIN space is large enough to hold a CD, unlike the 3rd DIN space with the flap door.
