Re: Face-lift for the T31 X-Trail (Series 3) - Including 2WD Version (Series 4)
Hi Guys,
There has been some confusion as to the Series 3 and 4 T31 xtrails, so here is the official line-up based on what Nissan told me last weekend:
* The new shape T31 exy 4x4 that was launched late last year is the T31 Series 3 (no 2WD version is available in the Series 3)
* With the introduction of the T31 2WD version this year it is being referred to as the T31 Series 4 and this applies to all T31 4x4 models which now have a 4WD badge on the tailgate. All 4x4 models are exactly the same as the Series 3, with the exception of the T31 ST Series 4, which now has 17" alloy wheels as standard and all 4x4 models have the 4WD badge on the tailgate.
Further details on the Series 3 and 4 differences and model line-up can be found HERE

Re:
This is getting beyond a joke, by the time you know it we will be up to a series 6 and all that will be different will be badges.

Re:
Hi Guys,
I was exploring the T31 Series 4 that was launched overseas and it seems yet again we missed out on the integrated sat nav/head unit that is being offered elsewhere. The same thing happened with the T30 as well and we didn't get that integrated head-unit and dash layout in Australia.
It looks so much nicer than the Eclipse head-unit they put on it locally.
