Valve clearances

Long overdue to set the valve clearances on the x-trail, trying to find the specified gap somewhere. Can anyone find out the figures? I've searched the net for well over an hour already.

Re: Valve clearances

So to adjust them I'd need to buy new lifters?? I was hoping all I'd have to do was remove the tappet cover and adjust the gap, but seems this isn't the case!
