Taliah hasnt been the best baby so far wanting a feed every 2hrs, although our first night at home she slept for 5hrs straight, we forgot what a few hours sleep feels like. Mum and bub is doing great and dad can't believe he didn't faint during labour. Rose has had the glucose drink to test for pregnancy diabeties and we got the results back yesterday that she has it. so know we need to go and see a diabetic educator and dietitian to try and manage her sugar levels without medication. I really do feel sorry for Rose as she feeling like crap the whole 6m and now this. Shes fighting through although just makes it that little bit harder to enjoy the pregnancy. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Mr Xtrail)Thu, 08 Jul 2010 13:06:47 +0000 Re: New Additionhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042542,from=rss#post2042542https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042542,from=rss#post2042542Best wishes Samuel & Rose. You definitely have the right car for the starting family. We used to be able to fit our entire camping kit into the boot of a camry. Now we have 2 youngun's we upgraded to the X-trail, and with some creative packing it all fits in the boot. quote:mgfiest wrote:  by the way... better start saving $, girls get real expensive.... I hear that boys are tough now (climbing trees, fighting) but easy later; whereas girls are easy now (ballet, dress-ups) but tough later (boyfriends, make-up, clothes...) I have one of each, so we'll see if that stereotype holds true!nondisclosed_email@example.com (iaindb)Sat, 15 May 2010 23:19:44 +0000 Re: New Additionhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042473,from=rss#post2042473https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042473,from=rss#post2042473Congrats to you both on the great news. Tara and myself "popped out" a baby girl last week. We didnt find out what we were having, and everyone bet on another boy, so Madelyne was definately a suprise. Uncommon names these days, if daycare is anything to go by, are names like Michelle, Catherine, Anna....all the old school names. There are heaps of Sapphire, Charlie, Ryder, Ryker, Rayden...names that were uncommon, are now common. The baby boy in the bed next to us was Blade....going to be a vampire killer apparently. nondisclosed_email@example.com (Robbo0001)Wed, 12 May 2010 16:31:01 +0000 Re: New Additionhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042472,from=rss#post2042472https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042472,from=rss#post2042472Congrat to you and Rose. Hope everything goes well. Be calm thru the preg duration. You will get the jitters later when the delivery comes. I went thru 3 girls... by the way... better start saving $, girls get real expensive.... Enjoy them, nurture them, advise them... they will be your friend forever. nondisclosed_email@example.com (mgfiest)Wed, 12 May 2010 16:25:30 +0000 Re: New Additionhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042467,from=rss#post2042467https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2042467,from=rss#post2042467Just to keep everyone up to date... We went for our 20wks scan yesterday...well Rose went I just went along to hold her hand! and the dr advised all is looking good and that its a girl! So now its trying to think of a girls name. We are wanting a name that isnt too common, so if anyone has ideas let me know Samuelnondisclosed_email@example.com (Mr Xtrail)Wed, 12 May 2010 15:38:06 +0000 Re: New Additionhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2041514,from=rss#post2041514https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2041514,from=rss#post2041514Thanks all for the wishes. Rose wants to find out the sex of the baby so that she can plan accordingly...you gotta love planners! So in a few weeks when we know I might ask for some help with names... thanks Jalal for moving this, I realised this morning when I was looking for this post that I placed it in the wrong section.nondisclosed_email@example.com (Mr Xtrail)Wed, 14 Apr 2010 08:50:30 +0000 Re: New Additionhttps://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2041490,from=rss#post2041490https://baustralianxtrail.runboard.com/p2041490,from=rss#post2041490What wonderful news Samuel and Rose!
