Re: T31 Trailer Indicators working with no key in ignition.
After locking the car this afternoon with the trailer on, a big smile came upon my face as I watched the indicators on the trailer light up.
I unlocked, locked, iunlocked and locked the car several times grinning all the time.
Ah, the simple things in life.......

Better check that NMG has remotes in stock before you wear out the buttons on yours.....

Re:
Tony as im no sparky just want to confirm something...
The two connectors has 2 wires per connector. When you have completed the DIY, does this mean that there is only 1 wire connected to the connector, and the other wire is taped up when you plug it back into the module?
thanks
Samuel

Re:
Thats right Samuel, just as the picture shows.
The picture shows the wires as I did a test to see if everything worked. After this I soldered (I think) and taped everything up.
Give it all a test run before you solder everything up.
To this day (1 year later) there are no dramas and no side effects by doing this mod.
If you need any help I am am available all weekend if you need a hand.
Tony

Re:
thanks for the confirmation Tony.
I did realised this last night when I checked your pics again. I think it was the glare coming through the windows in the office when I first say your post that prompted me to ask for the confirmation.
Im looking at doing this mod & adding a rear cam in March...just wanted to get my head round it now so I can prepare for when the time comes.
Appreciate your help
Samuel
