Re:

After some efforts I managed to get a wiring diagram for stereo. I assume they are correct as I got them from the service department. But on the images there is no reference to series V.

I am bit confused as to which one to refer. What is telephone adapter unit. My car has definitely got USB+AUX so i think i should go with first image. But not sure 100%.

Can someone in this forum please help with this one.

In regards to ISO adapters I could find a steering wheel adapter from Connect2 in UK it says its compatible with 2013 xtrail.

Steering Wheel Adapter

Has anyone used this before?

Could some one please share more information on how to remove boot door and side trims and also reverse light wiring.

Cheers

Bought the Connect2 unit, installed it and the trip computer control works fine for my 09 TS, haven't got my new head unit to test the audio controls but I'm guessing there shouldn't be a problem.

Re: "Kitchen Sink" GPS/DVD & Multimedia Head units reviews & options

Hi,

I've been wanting to get one of these units installed for a long time now.
I'm thinking that the Koason unit looks the goods.

Can anyone recommend somewhere to get it installed? I live near Hornsby Sydney so if anyone knows somewhere around this it it would be great.

The other thing I'm not too sure about is the reverse camera, Koason has a Camera, I'll be fitting into a 2005 T30 xtrail so any advice around this would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Andrew.

Re:

Andrew,
It should be a relatively easy job to do yourself, so long as you have the right adaptor plug to join with the Nissan plug.
The time would be in running the cable through the car for the reverse camera.

Re:

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I'm at work and I need to know if the following head unit is compatible with the Series 1 T30 that has the factory double din w/ cassette and 6 cd stacker.

eBay item Number: 121146279398

Thanks in advance.

Admin Edit: eBay link removed. Please don't post any eBay links on the forum as they go dead as soon as the eBay auction finishes. Thanks

How to ground Parrot Smart Asteroid

Hi

I have decided to change my old PP-2804T 6CD CLARION radio to new Parrot Smart Asteroid in my nissan x-trail t31 2008. Now I have small problem because I do not know how to ground Parrot Smart where can I screw ground wire?

Other way is that I do not have pin’s diagram for PP-2804T 6CDCLARION radio. Maybe someone has and can share on the forum?. In my opinion some pin is responsible for grounding.

Re:

Jakub

Your first post should have been made in the introduction section of the forum.
There we can learn your name, what year, make and model your X trail is so we can answer your questions more accurately.

Also please use the search function to locate existing threads, which contain the information you need.

Please do so as soon as you are able to.

Re:

Can anyone recommend which Koason will fit best the Nissan X-Trail. I'm getting confused with the Nissan models. For example, what's the difference between these 2 which seem to be priced differently?
item 6528, item 6711.

Also the X-Trail Model seems do have a different fascia. I prefer the fascia of item 6528. Can i purchase item 6528 for the x-trail (it does say it's compatible) but the title is misleading.

Thanks!
