Re: Relay For Life - Help needed.

Thank you so very much.

I must honesty say that I never thought the support from my forum buddies would be so good. And yes, the bar has been raised to $750 for the head shave. I am past half way at $480.

I have arranged for a young boy suffering from lukeimia to shave my head and the local media want to cover it. Thank good you guys don't my local coverage.

Anyway, thank you again and cheers to everyone.

Re: Relay For Life - Help needed.

Hey guys (and gals),

I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has sponsored me in the charity walk this weekend. Your response has been overwhelming.

So far I am up to $610, with my target of $750 fast approaching. The site total donated is not working, so it still shows $0.

For those who made a donation, hopefully you have received an electronic receipt, which you can claim back from the taxman.

 Again, thanks.

Hi Brett,

I see the target has been increased. Did you do that or one of your team done that?

You're not that far off meeting your original target anyway, so best of luck.

Thanks everyone for your donations and WOW Kev, thanks heaps mate.

Jalal, your support has been so appreciated mate, thankyou.

Yeah that total is mine, apart from $20 of it and I have also just banked another $680 into the bank, so it wont appear on the chart until the cheques clear next week.

Again, thank you for all your support and donations. It has been more than I could ever have wished for.

I will post pics late on Sunday.

18 hours can fly by when your heading for a goal.
Better raise your target so more people can jump on.......

Wishing you and yours all the best mate.

There is nothing wrong with a "nude nut".....as long as you havent got a head like Loafer

Re: Relay For Life - Help needed.

Hi guys,

Well, the walk is over and we cleared our goal EASILY. We ended up raising over $3,000 so my pledge was honoured and my head was shaved at the crack of dawn on Sunday. Talk about feeling the cold.

Again, I just wish to thank each and every one of you for your support, words of encouragement and donations. We are overwhelmed by the support. Thanks again Jalal for allowing me to start this thread and for your support. We both appreciated it mate.

 Pics to come shortly...
