Re: T31 Series II is coming

Hi Guys,

Nissan officially announced the Adventure Edition T31 HERE

It can also be seen on the Nissan website HERE

Apart from the new Burning Red colour and the nice 16" alloys there is nothing else exciting about this ST T31.

Sorry Nissan, you can do MUCH better than that emoticon

What happened to:

* Built-in Sat Nav???
* Hyper Roof Rails???
* Steering controls as standard on all models???

And many more features currently available in Europe which we will probably never see!!

Yeah I agree Jalal ... I'm not swayed enough to consider changing from the T30 just yet with Nissan's latest Red beasty offer.
I might be swayed with a spunky new turbo diesel T31 with Sat Nav/DVD/MP3 combo, all chrome accents, over size tyres and suspension (perhaps air lift suspension), HUD dash, all LED lights, dual battery with in car fridge, 3 way massage settings on driver and passenger seats with electronic memory settings, umm maybe a foot spa and umm yeah that could sway me to buy the new T31.

I agree, a pretty weak effort to boost sales I think.
The only things I noticed are,

Red
The Cargo Blind
Roof Racks
Alloys (yuk)
Nudge bar.

Most people option these choices when they buy anyway.

It doesn't even come with a towbar!

Some Adventure.

And why this colour is not available in Diesel is another mystery only the pen pusher in Nissan Australia can explain emoticon

The diesels sell themselves. The sluggish petrols need a lot of help emoticon emoticon

Seriously - I do like the colour..... But then, red mica Hilux (in the past), red mica Corolla (in the driveway), true red MPS (traded on the XTrail).... a bit of a trend there.

Only diversions have been the Gold Patrol (in garage) and Platinum XTrail (in garage).

Yes I like the new color as well.

But for the rest...I have a T31 with nudge bar and roof rails so it seems I'm pretty adventurous already emoticon emoticon

Re: T31 Adventure Edition coming in August 2009

To be honest guys, I am simply p...off with Nissan not bringing in the T31 with hyper roof rails, which is the true Adventure Edition overseas and the one that has in-dash navigation system.

To expect sales to increase just with an introduction of a new colour, is something pathetic on Nissan's behalf.

I guess I have to wait a bit longer to buy what I am really waiting for! emoticon

I LOVE that colour though and already have a HUGE list of modifications on stand-by emoticon
