In an emergency braking situation, I'd be planting both feet on the brake pedal as hard as I can LOL emoticon

Somehow I don't think it is a good technique to use to slow the car down in normal driving situations though.

Wholeheartedly agree emergency use only especially as I said in the first post re the engine cutting out when brakes applied. Just like lifting the throttle anyway!

I don't tend to brake with my left foot in My T31 ( its not a race car ) . In my gti corolla emoticon Left foot braking is great fun . Gets you back on power nice and quick exiting a corner .
